Joining us is easy!
  1. REGISTER ONLINE and electronically sign Consignor Agreement to get your unique consignor number.
  2. Gather your quality outgrown/unused items that are in great condition and working order.
  3. Prep, hang, enter and tag your items. Enter inventory using our free, easy online system.
  4. Sign up online to volunteer to earn an additional 5-20% of your sales AND shop EARLY! The more you help the earlier you shop! (optional)
  5. Sign up online to drop off your items. Pick up (or donate) when it's over.
  6. Get PAID! Pick up your check when the sale is over.*

Participation is EASY!

Please note: You will be required to pay a $12 registration fee when you register. This fee helps defray just some of the many costs associated with running such a large event. We do run early bird specials and promotions when the registration fee will be discounted. Follow us through our mailing list, Facebook and Instagram to get the latest on our promotions, giveaways and special offers!

*Payments are now made electronically and typically sent within 2-6 days! If for any reason you are unable to accept electronic payment, arrangements to send a check 30 days after the close of the sale can be made. Over 98% of all consignors are able to accept electronic payment with no problem!

And, since we inspect all items and sell it in a great venue, you can get higher prices than you would selling at a garage sale.

You get paid quickly! Your items are sold in ONE 4 day event and send you electronic payment with your earnings within 2-6 days after the sale ends!


Online management. You'll manage inventory in an easy-to-use online program with the ability to see how much you've sold as the sale progresses. We make it easy: no hand writing tags - just create & print bar-coded tags online.

You can easily donate! You are given the option of donating unsold items to needy children. All items designated for donation will be donated to Youth & Family Programs of Butte County to their ILP Store. Items at this store are made available to clients from organizations like the Torres Shelter, Catalyst, the Jesus Center, Butte County Children's Services, and more. You will have access to a printable donation report and a tax donation receipt when you choose to donate.

Drop and go! You do not have to "man" a booth or table; we'll do the work for you. It's like having your own "store" - without the hassle!
