Fundraising with Sweet Repeats
Sweet Repeats Kid's Consignment Sale can help your favorite organizations, including school, moms club, preschool, church, non-profit group and sports teams raise money! Please note: Your organization is NOT required to be a non-profit to participate.
There are three ways. You can do one, two or all three!
1. Members Donate Items for the Sale:
Have members, familes and friends donate items to sell! Earn 35-45% of sales to have our taggers tag and prep it all for you! Or, earn 65-75% of sales to have a coordinator (that you find and determine) tag your items for you! Your organization is mailed a check within 2 weeks of the close of the sale - and possibly sooner - we've been able the last few sales to provide checks on the final day of the sale during pick up!
Sweet Repeats tags for you: We will supply a flyer so you can reach out to your members to donate items for the sale. Your organization specifies a coordinator who will coordinate with our tagger delivery of all items. Coordinator will need to review items for donation prior to drop off to our tagger to be sure items are in saleable condition. Sweet Repeats will tag and prep all items for you and will include your items at the consignment sale. Your organization earns a check for 35% of the selling price for items sold. Organizations may earn up to 45% if volunteer shifts are worked. See Volunteer page for more information.
With a coordinator: We will supply a flyer so you can reach out to your members to donate items for the sale. Your organization specifies a coordinator who registers as a Consignor for the Sweet Repeats Kid's Consignment Sale. Your coordinator tags the items using the online tagging system and drops the items off during the drop-off period they select on the drop off schedule. Sweet Repeats Kid's Consignment Sale will include your items at the consignment sale. Your organization earns a check for 65% of the selling price for items sold. Organizations may earn up to 75% if volunteer shifts are worked. See Volunteer page for more information.
2. Consignor Referrals:
Did you know we already have an awesome rewards program for referrals? We have added some extra bonuses to our referral program for this sale. For every referral, earn either $10 for your organization!! No limit to this reward!
A referral is a consignor who brings at least $100 in inventory to the sale.
Referrals enter “Other” as how they heard about us, and then enter your name. If that didn’t happen, then email us and we will fix it.
Groups or organizations will receive a check.
The more consignors we have, the more great stuff - and the more word spreads which means more shoppers! It's a big win all around!
3. Fundraiser Flyers:
You contact us with the name of the organization you would like to help raise funds. We will supply a customized flyer. When your members shop at the Sweet Repeats Kid's Consignment Sale and present the flyer with their purchase of $20 or more, we will donate $2 to your organization. Your organization is mailed a check within 2 weeks!
It's easy! The more flyers you distribute and the more buzz you create about your organization and our sale, the more money you can earn!
The fine print...
Organizations must have prior approval from Sweet Repeats and must use the flyer provided.
Flyers must be presented at the time the individual checks-out during the selected sale only.
Flyers must be distributed off-site of the sale.
Checks will be mailed to the group's contact person within two weeks of the sale.
